Position: Technical Director / Head Coach

Job Overview:
We are seeking an elite-level coach with extensive European football experience to lead our academy’s technical and developmental programs.

Key Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years coaching at top European levels.
• UEFA A License (or higher equivalent).
• Proven experience leading at least two top-level environments: national teams, professional clubs, or elite academies.
• Demonstrated ability to run entire academy programs (A to Z) with a focus on developing young talent.
• Track record of guiding young players to top professional levels.
• Proven success in leading teams (national or club) to championships or major achievements.

Responsibilities:
• Design and implement a high-performance, elite-level academy program.
• Oversee the development of young players, ensuring progression toward professional levels.
• Lead teams to competitive success in national or club competitions.
• Foster a culture of excellence and growth for players and staff.
